Mount Ulap

Mt. ULAP ITOGON, BENGUET One of the best of the Cordilleras has to offer, a mountain showcases stunning views, pines and grassland, and hanging bridges spanning around nine (9) kilometers through several peaks from the entry point of Barangay Ampucao until Sta. The Ruins

THE RUINS Talisay, Negros Occidental The Ruins  are the remains of the ancestral home mansion of the family of Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson and Maria Braga Lacson. It is situated in  Talisay ,  Negros Occidental , Philippines. The mansion was built in the early 1900s and inspired by  Italian architecture . HISTORY The ancestral home mansion of the family of wealthy sugar baron Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson who built it in the early 1900s, in memory of his Portuguese wife Maria Braga Lacson, who had died during the birth of her eleventh child. It was constructed on a 440-hectare plantation in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, and burned down by the  American colonial masters  during  World War II  to prevent its use as a military office by the  invading Japanese forces .
